Building a relationship of trust with one's interlocutors, communicating in a manner transparent on timeinforming with a capillary multimedia presence and investigating the needs of service users: this is the main objective that EDUCatt has always pursued, always trying to give the institution a face, both human and personal.

Periodically, through qualitative survey tools such as the LIFE team focus group or quantitative as the questionnaires carried out in cooperation with the Evaluation Board of Catholic Universitybut also occasionally on the basis of extemporaneous needs that may occur, thanks to the survey online and the numerous contact possibilities ranging from filodiretto to the Listening Service, to the MyEDUCatt area, an open discourse is built, a dialogue evolving between EDUCatt and the university community.
